I received exceptional service every step of the way. I originally contacted All Fuel because I felt our AC unit might be due for a replacement. Garrett handled the estimate, explaining that our AC unit wasn't really that old and was in fact properly sized for the house, so the underperformance of the system lay elsewhere. He suggested a few lower-cost fixes (repairing ducts) to our issues instead of steering me towards the expensive solutions (like a fully system replacement). He even went into the attic and crawlspace as part of his evaluation and showed me photos of the problem areas. It was collaborative and informative. We scheduled a time for the duct work and Cody and Tyler were efficient and communicative. They showed up on time and were respectful of the property and kept things clean as they made their way in and out of the house. The results of their repairs were game changing for us. They returned our AC performance back to a condition we had never known since we moved in 5 years ago. I had a bit of communication friction regarding the invoice and they took my concern seriously and made it right. In a previous job they installed a new natural gas line to support our emergency tri-fuel generator and did a fantastic job on that as well. Recommended!
