Ted was very good and quick. He took the time to explain how to light the pilot and run the fireplace. He explained all about how it runs, issues and the safety. I had no idea about fireplaces at all. I really appreciated his time in explaining everything. He is very helpful and thorough. Excellent employee and I hope I get him next time.

Excellent service from start to finish on our gas line installation project. Robert, the rep who designed, planned and estimated the project and Jake and Layton, the installation guys all did an excellent job. Also Tara, in the office, did great at coordinating with our landscaping company.

All Fuel was fast to give me a quote to replace my old rusted fireplace insert. They had the best price by far for the same wood inserts as others quoted and were very professional throughout the whole process (even with me moving the dates a couple of times to fix the roof leak and crumbling masonry around the insert). Installation was smooth as well and the fireplace insert is working very well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and it's no surprise they are in high demand.

Cory did a great job of replacing the gas valve in the gas log fire place in my condo here in Portland, OR. With this new valve, the pilot light assembly can remain on at all times, thus preventing the need for expensive parts replacement and costly annual maintenance. Thanks Cory!
