Randall was here and serviced our propane stove. I sat and watched him and he was so careful with cleaning the artificial logs. He was very gentle in the way he cleaned them. I was very impressed! He put down a drop cloth and there was no mess at all. Was very pleased with the service. Also he was a very nice young man. He was very kind and answered all my questions. Will use the service again next year. Great job!

Been working with this company for many years and always a good experience. Period they installed one gas insert for me and have been maintaining it and the old one that I had very well. I appreciate their recommendations around safety and also when to have them checked
