From the moment I called to schedule the customer service was spectacular! They went out of their way to make a particular timeline work and it was a rush order. But they did it! The tech was on the earlier side of the timeframe window they provided me, came in and got right to work. Made sure all was in working order with written instruction on how the pellet stove process works for the next home owner. He engaged well with the customer and spoke great things of the company. All in all; they now have a loyal customer who will share All Fuel with family and friends.

The service was great. Fire place and chimney was cleaned and ready to go for the winter.
We also learned that All Fuel also services furnes and air conditioners. We will be calling for a schedule on our air conditioner. Has not been done since we purchased our home.

I see why they have a 5 star rating. Customer service was great. Raliegh did excellent work he was timely and thorough. I Thought it was the regulator but ended up it just needed a good cleaning which it got. Would recommend to others. Thank you!
