Trusted HVAC, Fireplace & Water Heater Experts Serving Portland Metro

Excellent service really appreciated the young men who came out for their professionalism. They do good work!

In January 2025 I purchased a new Regency fireplace from another company. Out of the box the unit came with a faulty igniter and on first light the glass broke after its initial cool down. From there the company we bought it from replaced the parts under warranty. Within a year we had problems with the pilot light and thermal coupler. We returned to the initial repair company to tackle those problems. 6 months or so after those repairs we could smell a propane leak. Through the time using this company their customer service, scheduling and communication was lack luster. At this point we decided to try someone new to fix these problems. All Fuel Installation has been nothing but wonderful. From the people I talked to on the phone to the in-home technicians. Everyone seems to take notes and communicate with one another about what is going on. Skyler and Ted were an absolute delight in their customer service and explaining to me what was going on and where and how something might of become a fail point. After their visits diagnosing and fixing the problem this is the most at ease I have been about the fireplace since its initial installation 20~ months ago. I plan on returning to them going forward for routine maintenance and other problems if something comes up.

Randall was amazing - very professional and very knowledgeable. He tuned up our fireplace so it looks and works like new. He took the time to explain our fireplace parts and their functions to us - he was an absolute joy to work with! The cost was very reasonable for the amount of rime and effort Randall took. I highly recommend All Fuel Installation and Service! Update - just had two new gas fireplaces installed and again, service was exceptional from getting an estimate from Robert to scheduling the installation with the office staff. With respect to the installation itself - Tyler and Layton were very professional, very knowledgeable and great communicators. They clearly explained everything they were doing and gave us options that made our decision-making regarding the chimney easy. They were very neat and made sure our floors were well protected. All Fuel Installation and Service is top notch!
