Ted did an excellent job at cleaning my wood stove and chimney.

I was very pleased with the technician, Cory! He was very professional, knowledgeable & polite. He was very good at answering my 'many questions and/or concerns.' He gave me some very good pointers & things to be aware of. [ I did think that the pricing was just a bit high.....but, probably fairly close to what the standard is for the maintenance check-up & replacing the glassed door for my large pellet stove. Overall a very good experience with the company & the technician!

All fuel repaired our gas fireplace. They were friendly, professional and did a thorough job repairing the system. Raleigh, the repairman did an excellent job and explained what was occurring once he determined and fixed the problem. I will definitely call them again when needed.

Randall is amazing. This was his second time to my house and the 1 visit before him was rather unpleasant. Randal was kind and really seemed to respect and understood my frustration. I really think the 3rd time is the charm and Randall has fixed it. Thank you for employing him.
