Randall H did an excellent job cleaning our gas fireplace! Everything was cleaned up when he was done also.

I can't tell you how well All Fuel has taken care of me. I got a fussy stove (which I love, and highly recommend but recommend in the way you recommend a Ferrari not a Toyota), which means I'm frequently saying, "Um here's how I do that but I don't know why it's doing this weird thing." Anyway, All Fuel techs -- especially Corey -- listen to me, try to figure out what's happening, and then come out -- sometimes with reinforcements -- to help me keep my house warm and the stove firing.

Corey is especially awesome. There aren't a lot of humans who actually listen to you and care that they hear you. He's one. He also notices things. For example, I didn't have a surge protector on the stove, he noticed, I got one.

You're in really great hands with these folks, especially if you get Corey.

I'm so glad we waited for our appointment with All Fuel installation and Service--even though we could have had an appointment about a month ago. Cody was punctual, organized, answered our many questions, and he appeared to do a good job cleaning our old gas fireplace. While testing it when he was done, the fp kept going out. You can imagine how pleased we were when he did not say, oh you're going to have to call service for this...
But Cody, you see, is a very good listener. He brought up the fact that I had mentioned we have something out in the garage that looks like.."it".
Well, where's that part ma'am!?!
I finally found it. He reinstalled all the panels inside the fireplace the right way and put the whole fireplace back together again when he had already completed it. Kudos!
All Fuel also has a real gem in their coordinator, Aubrey. She is so sweet, professional, courteous and a super friendly people-person! Every time I contact All Fuel, she is very efficient and knowledgeable.

Skip all other places and go with All Fuel! I wish I could give more than five stars, as I received the best service a customer could ask for.

I was striking out with having a wood burning stove installed as one companies installer flaked out on coming to give a quote, even after asking to reschedule due to a conflict on their end. The second company made it a step further and sent out someone to do measurements, but I never received a quote, even after calling couple of times two weeks later and was told to it would be emailed to me. They made it seem as though I was inconveniencing them by calling to ask about it, as I figured maybe they got my email address wrong.

I should have went with All Fuel from the beginning as Garrett was out quick, gave us a detailed estimate on several options for a wood stove in my shop and a gas stove in my basement within an hour! Once we picked out what we wanted for the wood stove, we had it installed within a couple of weeks!

Mason and Eli were the installers, and they were the most professional and responsible installers I have had from a company in many years. They were polite and a joy to have around for a day as they did their work. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thank you to Garrett, Mason and Eli for making my shop office rock with a great stove and installation!

Admittedly, I’m so fussy I annoy myself. As such, I’ve been on a lifelong quest for the best. And I just added All Fuel to the list. Garrett helped me decide on the right log set for my “vintage” gas fireplace, and Randall paid (obsessive) attention to detail during the installation. They both reflect credit on themselves and their company. Call All Fuel with confidence.

Dakota and Evan were punctual, efficient, and very kind. They went above and beyond for us! The whole process with All Fuel starting from talking to the main office, getting a bid, and through the completion of the work was terrific. Price seemed very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

All fuel installed our gas fireplace insert! They did a fabulous job, and were very professional and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
