This was a gas insert maintenance appointment. The All Fuel's employee showed up within the 2 hour Window, and cleaned and inspected all the parts. He tested turning off and on the pilot light and most important to me, cleaned the glass and tested for any leaks. I got to watch and he explained what he was doing throughout, so I feel that using the gas insert is good for another season!

The tec guys from All Fuel installed our new Pacific Energy wood stove insert yesterday. They did an excellent job! Very personable, answered all my questions, and did excellent work paying attention to every detail. They even exceeded our expectations with our request to exchange the door to our new wood stove for one that didn't have the shiny nickel trim. I highly recommend these guys!

Our tech called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked permission to come earlier if possible, I agreed. When he arrived I noticed his vehicle was clean the tech looked professional and he put on booties before entering my home. He quickly determined the best course of action for my gas fireplace and did a thorough service. I was happy with the results and the cost of services was very reasonable. I was a Service Manager for a HVAC company for several years and I thought this company and this tech did well. I would use and recommend them.
