Our gas fireplace had stopped working and technician Ted Ulsky came to my home and cleaned and repaired the fireplace and had it working like a charm. Ted was very pleasant and competent and did a great job explaining what he did and how to maintain the fireplace. Very satisfied.

They installed my heat n glow gas fireplace insert almost a year ago and had them out recently to do a 1 year service. Great company and all techs have been knowledgeable and courteous. I would/will use them again!!!

I can't tell you how well All Fuel has taken care of me. I got a fussy stove (which I love, and highly recommend but recommend in the way you recommend a Ferrari not a Toyota), which means I'm frequently saying, "Um here's how I do that but I don't know why it's doing this weird thing." Anyway, All Fuel techs -- especially Corey -- listen to me, try to figure out what's happening, and then come out -- sometimes with reinforcements -- to help me keep my house warm and the stove firing.
Corey is especially awesome. There aren't a lot of humans who actually listen to you and care that they hear you. He's one. He also notices things. For example, I didn't have a surge protector on the stove, he noticed, I got one.
You're in really great hands with these folks, especially if you get Corey.

I'm so glad we waited for our appointment with All Fuel installation and Service--even though we could have had an appointment about a month ago. Cody was punctual, organized, answered our many questions, and he appeared to do a good job cleaning our old gas fireplace. While testing it when he was done, the fp kept going out. You can imagine how pleased we were when he did not say, oh you're going to have to call service for this...
But Cody, you see, is a very good listener. He brought up the fact that I had mentioned we have something out in the garage that looks like.."it".
Well, where's that part ma'am!?!
I finally found it. He reinstalled all the panels inside the fireplace the right way and put the whole fireplace back together again when he had already completed it. Kudos!
All Fuel also has a real gem in their coordinator, Aubrey. She is so sweet, professional, courteous and a super friendly people-person! Every time I contact All Fuel, she is very efficient and knowledgeable.
Definitely recommend!👌
